A first responder owned and operated academy, THE CSA MISSION IS TO EMPOWER YOUNG ATHLETES TO REACH THEIR POTENTIAL THROUGH PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION FOCUSED ON IMPROVING ABILITY, INSPIRING CONFIDENCE AND ENHANCING SELF BELIEF.

meet the founder
Originally from scotland, Barry McGRELLIS NOW LIVES IN CAMBRIDGE MD, WITH HIS WIFE, SON, AND FOUR DOGS. BARRY CAME TO THE UNITED STATES AFTER ACCEPTING A SCHOLARSHIP TO PLAY NCAA DIVISION I SOCCER AND QUICKLY FOUND HIS PASSION FOR PASSING HIS KNOWLEDGE ON TO YOUNG PLAYERS.
BARRY COACHED YOUTH SOCCER FULL TIME FOR SIX YEARS IN NEW JERSEY AND VIRGINIA AS A HEAD COACH AND DIRECTOR OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT BEFORE BECOMING HEAD COACH OF WOMEN’S SOCCER AT THE COLLEGE OF SOUTHERN MARYLAND FOR TWO SUCCESSFUL SEASONS.
NOW A FIREFIGHTER AND EMT FOR THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS AND SETTLED IN THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF CAMBRIDGE WITH HIS FAMILY, BARRY FORMED CSA TO ONCE AGAIN PASS ON HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELP TO PROPEL YOUNG ATHLETES TO THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
